Apricot and Coconut Balls

Prep time: 10 minutes

Macros per ball:

170 calories

8g protein

14g carbohydrate

10g fat

 

Ingredients:

300g dried apricots 

200g raw almonds 

50g desiccated coconut 

100g tahini 

50g honey 

90g (3 scoops) True Protein WPI90 in French Vanilla

 

Method: 

  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered food processor and combine until sticky and crumbly. 

  2. Roll into approx. 20 balls using a tablespoon to measure. 

  3. Store in fridge.
