1 cup mixed frozen berries
1/4 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight for a creamier result)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup coconut water to blend or 1 cup of almond milk
1. Start with liquid in a blender, then add powders, nuts and lastly berries.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve in a glass or bowl with your favourite toppings.
