Growing up in South West Sydney, I started playing AFL and doing Little Athletics from the under-6s—mostly because my friends were doing it! In my mid-teens, I got into rugby league and Oztag while still staying involved in athletics. At 17, I began to see progress with minimal training and quickly fell in love with the sport.

Since then, I’ve proudly represented Australia multiple times, with highlights including competing at the Paris Olympic Games, holding the Australian record in the 4x100m relay, and running a personal best of 10.09 seconds in the 100m. My goal now is to break the 10-second barrier.

Looking ahead, I hope to pursue a career as a physiotherapist, ideally working within a sports team or athletic environment.

How True products fuel my health and fitness goals

True products play a key role in my recovery between sessions and help me build the strength I need to improve my power. The electrolytes are especially important, they keep me hydrated and performing at my best through every session.

  2. Collagen + Vitamin C in rich Chocolate - This is part of my morning routine to support joint and tendon durability, especially with the heavy loads my body handles daily. The added Vitamin C is a huge bonus for supporting my immune system.

  3. Electrolytes in Tropical - I use the electrolytes every morning and with every training session so that I’m primed and hydrated to perform at my best!

  4. Creatine - I use creatine every morning to increase my creatine stores to improve power and strength! Ever since taking creatine I’ve noticed my performance on the track has increased and that’s a result of improved recovery of my power stores

What motivates me

I’m motivated to be the best there is! In a sport like the 100m, you're constantly chasing the clock, every race gives you a number, and I want mine to be as low as possible.

My proudest achievement

My proudest achievement so far has been competing in the 100m at the Olympics. Putting on the Australian uniform and representing my family and country on the world stage was an incredible high, something I’ll never forget.
