Ingredients: Chia pudding bottom layer
1/4 Chia seeds
Teaspoon of Maple syrup
1/4 Almond milk
1 teaspoon of True Matcha Powder
1. Place chia seeds into jar first
2. Pour the almond milk, maple syrup and Matcha into the jar.
3. Lightly mix.
Ingredients: Chocolate Smoothie
1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth
3. Add it on top of the chia seed and almond milk layer in jar.
