Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
40g True Protein WPI90 in French Vanilla
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup smooth Biscoff spread
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup honey
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a large tray with baking paper.
2. Add the oats, protein powder, chia seeds and salt into a bowl and mix until combined.
3. Place the Biscoff spread, coconut oil and honey into a small bowl and microwave for 60 seconds, stirring every 20 seconds until melted.
4. Add the Biscoff mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until a crumb forms.
5. Spread mixture onto the lined tray and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
