Ingredients:
1.5 cups rolled oats
60g True WPI90 in Salted Vanilla
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp mixed spice
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 medium banana
3/4 cup almond milk
Extra banana, maple syrup and toasted pecans, to serve
Method:

Add the dry ingredients to a blender and combine until the oats form a flour like consistency.

Serve with toppings of choice and enjoy!
