1/2 cup True Organic Raw Cacao Powder
1/4 cup cacao butter (if you don’t have cacao butter you can use all coconut oil, they won’t set quite as firm though)
1/4 cup coconut oil
2-3 tbsp of rice malt syrup or maple syrup (depending on how sweet you like it, or if you use a sweetened protein powder)
3 tbsp nut butter
1/4 cup True Whey Protein Concentrate in French Vanilla or Rich Chocolate
Pinch of salt
Pinch of vanilla powder
Chia seeds for topping
1. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the cacao butter and coconut oil.
2. Add the sweetener and nut butter and combine well with a whisk or fork.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
4. Pour the mixture into moulds, sprinkle with chia seeds or your topping of choice and pop into the fridge to set.
