Dry Ingredients
90g scoops True Protein WPI90 Rich Chocolate Protein Powder
½ cup Almond meal
½ cup Coconut flour
6 Tbsp cacao
3 scoops beetroot powder
1 Tbsp stevia
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp Himalayan pink fine salt
Wet Ingredients
1 ½ cup grated zucchini
½ cup egg whites
1 cup coconut milk
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
¼ cup almond milk
Dried Rose petals and chocolate shards to garnish
Method

Preheat your oven to 160 degrees Celcius fan bake

In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients until well incorporated

In a separate large bowl, mix all wet ingredients until well incorporated

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well to form a batter

Pour into a lightly greased brownie pan lined with baking paper

Bake for 20 mins or until an inserted skewer comes out mostly clean (you want it a little gooey)

Leave to cool, slice into 24 portions and garnish with rose petals and chocolate
