Ingredients
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 tbsp maple syrup
Squeeze lemon juice
Crumble:
2 tbsp rolled oats
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
2 tbsp almond meal
1 scoop True Protein Plant Protein in French Vanilla
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp olive or coconut oil
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan forced.

Mix together the berries, maple syrup and squeeze of fresh lemon juice in a medium bowl.

Transfer mixture into 2 small ramekins.

In a small bowl, mix together the crumble ingredients.

Distribute the crumble between the two ramekins, forming it into crumb shapes.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crumble becomes golden.

Serve with a dollop of coconut or dairy yoghurt, if desired.
