Makes 7 Crackles

Macros per crackle
2 ½ cups wholegrain rice puffs
1 cup coconut flakes
1 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs cacao powder
2 tbs sugar free maple syrup
1 x 200g block dark chocolate, melted
Place the rice puffs, coconut flakes, chia seeds, cacao powder, maple syrup and protein powder in a large bowl.
Melt the block of dark chocolate in medium sized glass bowl over a saucepan of boiling water. Add the melted chocolate to the large bowl and stir through until the chocolate covers the rest of the ingredients.
Place 2 heaped tbs into each patty pan and then place in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours.
Store in the freezer for up to 5 days.
