1 cup desiccated coconut
2 Tbsp True Collagen Natural
2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
3 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp almond meal
½ Tbsp almond milk
½ block 70% dark chocolate, melted
Start by melting the coconut oil and honey together in the microwave.
Place all ingredients in a medium bowl along with the melted coconut oil and honey and stir well to combine.
Take a round tablespoon and firmly press the mixture into it so the coconut mixture holds its shape. Use a teaspoon to carefully remove the mixture from the tablespoon onto a dish. Once you’ve done the whole mixture, place into the freezer for 30 mins.
Melt the chocolate and one at a time, pick up each coconut ball and coat in the chocolate. Top with some shredded coconut and let set.
