Raspberry Ripe Slice

Serves 20

Prep time: 15 mins

Cooking time: 25 minutes

Macros:

Protein: 5g

Carbohydrates: 21.3g

Fats: 5.3g

 

Ingredients

1 ½ cup self-raising flour

½ cup coconut sugar

2 scoops (60g) True Protein WPI90 in Rich Chocolate 

1 cup desiccated coconut

¼ cup cacao

3 eggs

½ cup milk

150g butter, softened

1 cup frozen raspberries

 

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 170’C.

  2. In a large bowl whisk the flour, coconut sugar, rich chocolate WPI90, desiccated coconut and cacao.

  3. Make a well in the centre and add the eggs, milk and butter, and whisk well to combine. Fold in the frozen raspberries.

  4. Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish (20x20) and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
