Ingredients
1 ½ cup self-raising flour
½ cup coconut sugar
2 scoops (60g) True Protein WPI90 in Rich Chocolate
1 cup desiccated coconut
¼ cup cacao
3 eggs
½ cup milk
150g butter, softened
1 cup frozen raspberries
Method

Preheat your oven to 170’C.

In a large bowl whisk the flour, coconut sugar, rich chocolate WPI90, desiccated coconut and cacao.

Make a well in the centre and add the eggs, milk and butter, and whisk well to combine. Fold in the frozen raspberries.

Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish (20x20) and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
