Ingredients
Base:
1 ½ Weet-Bix
60ml almond milk
1tsp granulated sweetener
Filling:
160g YoPro strawberry yogurt
20g True Protein WPI90 in French Vanilla
Raspberry compote:
100g frozen raspberries
1tsp granulated sweetener
Topping:
20g white chocolate, melted
Method

Crush the Weet-Bix and mix together with almond milk and sweetener in a medium sized glass. Pat down with the back of a spoon to create an even base.

Place the raspberries and sweetener into a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 20 seconds, mix and then microwave for a further 15 seconds before mixing again. Layer half of this onto the base.

Next, In a separate bowl combine the yogurt and protein powder. Spoon this mixture onto the raspberries then top with remaining raspberry compote.

Finally, top with the melted white chocolate and place into the fridge overnight. Enjoy!
