Ingredients:
60g rolled oats
30g (1 scoop) True WPC80 Choc Peanut Butter Protein Powder
2 tsp cacao powder
3 tsp granulated sweetener
1 tsp chia seeds
80g low-fat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk
For the chocolate fudge layer:
3 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp stevia
15g (1/2 scoop) True WPC80 Choc Peanut Butter Protein Powder
2 tsp peanut butter powder
¼ cup almond milk
For the chocolate top:
40g no sugar added dark chocolate, melted

Add the rolled oats, protein powder, cacao powder, sweetener, chia seeds, yogurt and almond milk into a bowl and stir until combined. Distribute between 2 glasses or ramekins and place into the fridge whilst making the chocolate fudge layer.

into another bowl, add all the chocolate fudge ingredients and stir until a smooth paste forms, you may need to add a little bit more almond milk if it appears too thick. Spoon this over the oats then drizzle with the melted dark chocolate so that it coats the top.
