Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

60g rolled oats

30g (1 scoop) True WPC80 Choc Peanut Butter Protein Powder

2 tsp cacao powder

3 tsp granulated sweetener

1 tsp chia seeds

80g low-fat Greek yogurt

1/2 cup almond milk

For the chocolate fudge layer:

3 tbsp cacao powder

2 tbsp stevia

15g (1/2 scoop) True WPC80 Choc Peanut Butter Protein Powder

2 tsp peanut butter powder

¼ cup almond milk

For the chocolate top:

40g no sugar added dark chocolate, melted

 

Method:

  1. Add the rolled oats, protein powder, cacao powder, sweetener, chia seeds, yogurt and almond milk into a bowl and stir until combined. Distribute between 2 glasses or ramekins and place into the fridge whilst making the chocolate fudge layer.

  2. into another bowl, add all the chocolate fudge ingredients and stir until a smooth paste forms, you may need to add a little bit more almond milk if it appears too thick. Spoon this over the oats then drizzle with the melted dark chocolate so that it coats the top.

  3. Leave in the fridge overnight and enjoy!
