Ingredients:
3 cups rolled oats
3 tbsp chia seeds
60g (8 heaped tablespoons) True Protein WPI90 in French Vanilla
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp coconut oil
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius and line 2 trays with baking paper.
2. Place the oats, chia seeds, protein powder, cinnamon and salt into a large bowl and mix until combined.
3. Next, add the peanut butter, honey and coconut oil into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 10 second intervals until melted, stirring each time
4. Add the peanut butter mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until everything is incorporated, it will be a dry crumb consistency.
5. Spread the mixture evenly onto the trays and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool for one hour before storing or serving. Enjoy!
