2.5 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup cacao powder
1 scoop (30g) True Protein WPI90 in Rich Chocolate
2 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup rice malt syrup
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
Place the oats, cacao powder, protein powder, chia seeds and coconut sugar into a bowl and stir until combined.
Next, melt the coconut oil and rice malt syrup together in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring often for 2-3 minutes.
Pour this onto the dry ingredients and combine. Place the mixture onto your lined baking tray and gently pat down using your fingers.
Put into the oven to bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove and allow to cool for 30 minutes. Once cooled break up into smaller clusters. Enjoy!
