Ingredients:

2 weetbix

Dash milk of choice (Soy was used here)

3 or 4 tbsp Greek yoghurt

0.5 or 1 scoop True Protein WPI90 in French Vanilla

¾ cup mixed berries

Dash maple syrup

20g white chocolate melts of choice

Method:

  1. Place 2 crushed Weet-Bix in a standard container with soy milk and combine with a spoon.

  2. Prepare yoghurt in a separate bowl using Greek yoghurt and WPI protein. Mix together until well combined.

  3. Pour high protein yoghurt on top of Weet-Bix, being mindful not to bring any Weet-Bix particles to above the yoghurt.

  4. Prepare berries on the stove in a saucepan. Place berries and a tiny dash of maple syrup in saucepan and mix until well cooked. Transfer to a small bowl to cool. You can mash the berries if they need to be broken down more depending on preference.

  5. Transfer mixture on top of yoghurt and smear around the top with the back of a spoon.

  6. Finalise breakfast by drizzling white chocolate as desired over the top.

  7. Place into the fridge to set overnight. The next morning, all you need is a spoon and you’re good to go!

Enjoy!
