Nutty Chocolate Protein Granola

Prep time: 10 minutes

Baking time: 20-30 minutes

Macros Per Serving (47g)

224 calories
9.5g Protein
13g Fat
21g Carbs



1 cup almonds
1 cup buckwheat
1/2 cup coconut flakes
2 Tbsp hemp seeds
2 Tbsp cacao powder
2 servings True PRODEFINE Rich Chocolate
1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
3 Tbsp coconut oil
4 Tbsp honey



1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees celcius and line a baking tray with baking paper
2. Combine all the dry ingredients into a large bowl and then pour over the honey and coconut oil and combine until all dry ingredients are covered
3. Pour the mixture over the lined baking tray and spread evenly
4. Bake in the oven for around 20-30 minutes or until golden - at 15 mins check on the mixture and give it a quick stir
5. Leave to cool and store in an airtight container
6. Enjoy
