Prep time: 10 minutes
Freezing time: 3-4 hours
1 scoop of True WPI90 French Vanilla
1 scoop of True Greens
1 tbsp MCT oil
2 frozen bananas, roughly chopped
1 cup almond milk
1 cup water
50g fresh spinach
Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth and well combined.
Pour evenly into icy pole moulds and freeze for 3-4 hours until solid.
