Coconut Mixed Berry Ice Blocks

Makes 6-8

Prep time: 10 minutes


2 scoops True Protein Coconut Water Powder
1 cup coconut water
250g frozen mixed berries


  1. In a blender, add True Protein Coconut Water Powder, coconut water, and 200g of berries.

  2. Blend into a smooth liquid.

  3. Divide remaining berries between icy pole moulds then top up with berry mixture.

  4. Freeze until solid and serve.
