1 1/2 cups rolled oats
2 scoops (60g) True WPI90 in French Vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup honey
2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup roasted hazelnuts (roughly chopped)
1/4 cup dark chocolate (roughly chopped)
Preheat your oven to 170°C.
Combine the oats, WPI90 and baking powder in a large bowl.
Add the almond butter, honey and coconut oil and stir well until incorporated.
Fold in the roasted hazelnuts and dark chocolate.
Place the mixture into a tray lined with baking paper.
Use your hands to press the mixture down in the tray (you want the mixture to be about 2.5cm thick as it will rise in the oven).
Place in the oven for 15-20 mins or until lightly golden on top.
Once cooled, cut into bars and enjoy!
