40g ground oats or oat flour
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp stevia powder
¼ tsp salt
80g low-fat Greek yogurt
10g dark chocolate (I used 1 square of Lindt)
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and spray a ramekin with non-stick cooking spray.
Place the oats, cacao powder, protein powder, stevia and salt into a bowl and stir until combined.
In another bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt and water.
Add the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until a smooth batter forms. Pour half into the ramekin, place the chocolate in the centre then pour over the remaining mixture. Place into the oven and bake for 15-20minutes. Top with whatever you like!
