Ingredients
2 large bananas, mashed
1/3 cup granulated sweetener
2 eggs
1 cup almond milk, or milk of choice
1/4 cup grapeseed oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup self-raising flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
2 scoops True Protein WPI90 in Rich Chocolate
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
100g chocolate chips
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a loaf tin with baking paper.
2. Place the bananas, sweetener, eggs, milk and vanilla essence into a bowl and whisk until combined.
3. Next, sift the flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder and salt into a large bowl and stir.
4. Create a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients, stir until just combined, being sure not to overmix.
5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf tin and sprinkle over the chocolate chips. Place into the oven to bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick when inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool for one hour before cutting into 12 slices. Enjoy!
