Ingredients
2 mashed over-ripe bananas
2 eggs
¼ cup almond meal
½ cup spelt flour
1 scoop True Plant Protein in French Vanilla
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1/8 cup coconut milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp coconut sugar
1/8 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup sugar free white chocolate chips
2/3 cup frozen raspberries
Method

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a loaf tin with baking paper.

In a blender, combine all ingredients (excluding raspberry and white chocolate chips) until well combined.

Once combined, stir through raspberries and white chocolate chips.

Pour into loaf tin and sprinkle the top with more choc chips.

Bake in the oven for 35 minutes or until cooked through and golden on top.
