Ingredients

40g ground oats

30g True WPI 90 vanilla protein powder

¼ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

100g low fat Greek yogurt

2 tbsp stevia powder

100ml water

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 tsp cinnamon

For the centre:

15g Biscoff spread

2 tbsp almond milk

For the topping:

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp stevia powder

 

Method

  1. To make the Biscoff centre, mix together the Biscoff spread and almond milk then spoon onto a lined baking tray in the shape of a disc, freeze for one hour.

  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Combine the oats, protein powder, baking powder and salt in a bowl and stir until combined.

  3. In another bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, stevia powder, water, vanilla essence and cinnamon.

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and whisk until smooth.

  5. Pour half of the mixture into a sprayed ramekin, place the Biscoff disc in the centre then cover with the remaining batter. Mix together the stevia and cinnamon then sprinkle over the oat mixture.

  6. Place into the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
