Ingredients

1 cup oat flour

1/3 cup coconut flour

2 scoops True WPI90 in French Vanilla

30g flora lite butter, melted

30 g sugar-free maple syrup

75g low-fat cream cheese

6 tbsp rainbow sprinkles

 

Method

  1. Place all ingredients, except the sprinkles, into the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment and mix until combined and a dough forms.

  2. Add in half of the sprinkles then continue to mix until evenly distributed.

  3. Mould into balls then roll in the remaining sprinkles, refrigerate for 1 hour before eating. Enjoy!
