Ingredients
2 overripe bananas, mashed
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whole wheat flour
60g (10 tbsps) True Plant Protein in Cinnamon Chai
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Method
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In a medium bowl, combine mashed banana, greek yogurt, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together whole wheat flour, protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
4. Pour dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
5. Mix to combine thoroughly.
6. Add in chocolate chips and stir.
7. Pour into a greased or lined loaf muffin tin.
8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
