Ingredients
1 cup cashews
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup pepitas
1 cup rolled oats
200g dried apple
8 fresh medjool dates
1 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop (30g) True Plant Protein in French Vanilla
Method

Add the cashews, sunflower seeds, pepitas and rolled oats into a food processor and mix until fine and crumbly.

Add the dried apple and dates into the food processor and combine until the mixture becomes sticky.

Add the cinnamon and protein powder and combine further. The mixture should hold together when pinched. If it’s still a little dry, add in another medjool date.

Roll into balls and enjoy.
