Ingredients:
1.5 cups rolled oats
¼ cup flaxseed meal
1 scoop (30g) True Protein WPI90 in French Vanilla
1.5 cups natural peanut Butter
¾ cup pure maple syrup
Choc chips (I used stevia sweetened ones)
½ cup rice puffs (Blended – To coat if desired)
Method:
1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl apart from the rice puffs.
2. Mix together with a wooden spoon or spatula until well combined.
3. If mixture is too dry, add more maple syrup to allow all ingredients to stick together.
4. Roll into small balls and if desired, slightly blend 1 cup rice puffs. Pour contents onto a flat bowl and roll energy bites into bowl to dry off the outside so it’s not sticky.
