True Protein Salted Caramel Smoothie

Makes 1 smoothie

 

Ingredients

30g True WPC80 Salted Caramel

1/2 frozen banana

2 pitted dates

1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt

1/2 tsp maple syrup

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup water

1 cup ice

 

Method

1. Blend all ingredients using a high-power blender for at least 20 seconds.
