True Salted Caramel Smoothie

Packed full of vitamins, minerals and electrolytes, this sweet and salty smoothie will fill you up and satisfy your sugar cravings. Enjoy as a post-workout, for a healthy dessert or even for breakfast!

 

Makes 1 smoothie

 

Ingredients

30g True WPC80 Salted Caramel

½ Frozen banana

2 Pitted dates

¼ tsp Himalayan pink salt

½ tsp Maple syrup

¼ cup Milk

¼ cup Water

1 cup Ice

 

Method

1. Blend all ingredients using a high-power blender for at least 20sec.
