True Protein Banana & Honey Smoothie

Makes 1 smoothie

Ingredients

30g True WPC80 Banana & Honey flavour

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 tsp True Cinnamon

1 tsp honey

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup water

1 cup ice

 

Method

1. Blend all ingredients using a high-power blender for at least 20 seconds.
