Ingredients

30g True WPC80 Banana & Honey

½ Frozen banana

½ tsp True Cinnamon

1 tsp Honey

¼ cup Milk

¼ cup Water

1 cup Ice

 

Method

1. Blend all ingredients using a high-power blender for at least 20sec.
