Honey & Banana Protein Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients

1 scoop True Premium Whey Isolate (Honey & Banana flavour)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 banana
1/2 cup milk (250ml)
1/2 cup water
1 tsp honey
1/4 cup ice cubes

Method

1. Add all ingredients into food processor or blender and mix all ingredients until smooth texture.
