1 TP scoop True Premium Whey Isolate (flavour honey and banana)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk (250ml)
½ cup water
1 teaspoon honey
¼ cup ice cubes
1. Add all ingredients into food processor or blender and mix all ingredients until smooth texture.
