Honey and Banana Protein Smoothie

Get your potassium checked off your list with this delicious banana and honey smoothie! 

Makes 1, serves 1.

Ingredients

1 TP scoop True Premium Whey Isolate (flavour honey and banana)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 banana
1/2 cup milk (250ml)
½ cup water
1 teaspoon honey
¼ cup ice cubes

Method

1. Add all ingredients into food processor or blender and mix all ingredients until smooth texture.
