1 tablespoon almond butter
3 tablespoons coconut milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place the ingredients into a bowl and mix until they are smooth and well combined.
Spoon the mixture into a microwave safe mug or ramekin, ensuring there is room for the mixture to expand.
Microwave for 90 seconds.
Remove from the microwave and leave to cool slightly before eating.
