High Protein Ice Cream

What better way to beat the Summer heat after a gruelling workout than an ice cold high-protein meal that takes less than 10 minutes to make?! This fantastic recipe comes from @melonrouge!

 

Ingredients

100g firm tofu (silken works too)
200g frozen bananas
30g Rich Chocolate True Protein VEGAN85
100ml liquid, more or less

 

Method

Combine all of the ingredients using a blender. Add more water if your blender is not powerful enough or if you prefer a more smoothie-like consistency.
