Banana Protein Nice-Cream

Why not try this delicious banana, peanut butter protein nice-cream this weekend?

So tasty and easy to make with only 3 ingredients!


7 frozen bananas

5 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter

1 scoop True Protein Whey Protein Concentrate - French Vanilla


1.  Blend the bananas in a food processor until smooth. 

2.  Add peanut butter and protein and blend again until smooth. 

3.  Line a loaf tin with baking paper and pour mixture in, smoothing out top with a knife.

4.  Sprinkle with your favourite toppings and freeze for 1-2 hours.

5.  Enjoy!

Topping Suggestions: cacao nibs, crushed peanuts, unsalted peanuts, walnuts, coconut, raspberries, whatever you desire!
