7 frozen bananas
1 scoop True Protein Whey Protein Concentrate - French Vanilla
1. Blend the bananas in a food processor until smooth.
2. Add peanut butter and protein and blend again until smooth.
3. Line a loaf tin with baking paper and pour mixture in, smoothing out top with a knife.
4. Sprinkle with your favourite toppings and freeze for 1-2 hours.
Topping suggestions: cacao nibs, crushed peanuts, unsalted peanuts, walnuts, coconut, raspberries, whatever you desire!
