How does the True Alliance work?

To become a member of the True Alliance you must currently work in one of these professions:

- Personal Trainers & Group Fitness Instructors
- Yoga & Pilates Instructors
- Allied Health Professionals
- Athlete, Coach or Staff of professional or semi-professional team/club

You must apply and submit documentation through our website and if approved, you will receive an email with all the details.

What do I need to get verified?

Please submit the application form along with any required supporting documentation. Your eligibility for the Alliance Program will be determined once our team verifies your credentials through ID verification.

How long will it take to get verified?

You will be notified by email with an update on your application status. This could take up to 5 business days

Can I share my discount?

The 25% discount is exclusively for your personal use. Any misuse of the discount may result in removal from the program. For full details, please refer to the Terms & Conditions.

How do I know if I am logged in?

To check if you are logged into your True Alliance account, simply click the profile icon at the top right of your screen. If your True Alliance badge is visible, you are logged in.

What if I want to purchase something for someone else?

If you want to purchase something from our store for someone else, you can log out of your account and check out as a guest.

Are there any limitations to using the discount?

Your 25% off is valid on all True Protein products. The discount cannot be combined with other offers, promotional codes, or discounts, and does not apply to gift cards, or specific restricted items.

I live outside of Australia. Can I join the True Alliance?

The True Alliance is currently available in Australia only.

How old and what level do you have to be at to qualify for Alliance?

True Alliance is for athletes over 18, competing at a National or International level in any sport.
