Prep time: 10 minutes
50g banana, mashed
10g maca powder
Spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice
1 cup water or nut milk
1. Bring the liquid and spices to a boil.
2. Bring the heat down to medium and add in the oats and banana.
3. After a few minutes, stir in the protein and maca.
4. Transfer to a bowl and serve hot.
