3 cups puffed quinoa
½ cup sugar free maple syrup
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
¼ cup cranberries, dried
¼ cup sunflower seeds
3 tbs walnuts, chopped
In a large bowl, add the puffed quinoa, maple syrup, coconut oil, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and walnuts.
Using a wooden spoon, mix in all the ingredients until well combined.
Add the chocolate flavoured Whey Isolate protein powder and mix it in until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Line a small to medium sized, rectangle container with baking paper.
Pour the mixture into the container and press down firmly, ensuring that the mixture is evenly spread.
Place the container in the freezer for 2 hours.
After 2 hours the mixture will be set and ready to cut into slices.
