Ingredients
2 slices wholemeal bread
 1 egg
 2 egg whites
 1/2 cup almond milk
 1 tsp cinnamon
 2 Tbsp True Protein WPC 80 French Vanilla Protein Powder
 1/2 tsp coconut oil
Method
- 
Combine the eggs, milk, egg white, almond milk, cinnamon, and protein powder then whisk together 
- 
Place a slice of bread into the mixture and sit for 30 seconds then turn over and allow to sit for another 30 seconds. Repeat with the other slice 
- 
Heat up a pan and brush with coconut oil, place the slices onto the pan and cook for 3 minutes on each side 
- 
Remove from pan and allow to cook for 2 minutes before serving with your favourite toppings
