Ingredients
1 TP scoop True Plant Protein in French Vanilla
1/2 cup natural peanut butter, melted
2 eggs
2/3 cup coconut oil, melted
2/3 cup coconut sugar
2 Tbsp vanilla essence
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup gluten-free flour
2/3 tsp bicarbonate of soda
2/3 cup vegan choc chips
Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees

Mix the coconut oil and peanut butter together

Add the vanilla and eggs and mix well

Add the remaining dry ingredients and fold until combined

Fold in the chocolate chips

Roll the dough into balls and place on a baking tray

Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned on top

Allow to cool before eating
