Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut flour
30g True Plant Protein in French Vanilla
1 Tbsp baking powder
60ml liquid egg whites
1/4 cup almond milk
1/3 cup roughly chopped dark chocolate
Method

Preheat oven to 180ºC fan-forced and line baking tray with baking paper

In a mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients and stir to combine

Add in wet ingredients and stir until the cookie dough is formed. If the batter is too dry, add a splash of almond milk until well combined

Fold in the chocolate

Roll out 8-12 cookie dough balls and place them a few centimeters apart on your tray

Bake for around 12-15 minutes or until slightly golden brown on top. The cookies will be soft to touch by hardening as they cool
