Ingredients
1 1/3 cup coconut sugar
2/3 cup grapeseed oil
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup cacao
1/3 cup gluten-free plain flour
1 scoop True POST in Rich Chocolate
Method

Line a small sized baking tray with baking paper and preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

In a large bowl whisk together the sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla extract.

In another bowl combine the cacao powder, flour and protein powder.

Fold the dry mixture into the wet until incorporated and no lumps are present. Pour the batter into the lined tray and place into the oven for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for at least half an hour before cutting. Enjoy!
