Makes 12 Cookies

Nutritional Information Per cookie:
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/4 cup olive oil or coconut oil
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1.25 cups quick oats
1/2 cup roasted peanuts, roughly chopped
1 scoop (30g) True Protein WPI in Choc Peanut Butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan forced.
Whisk together the peanut butter, oil, coconut sugar and egg.
Add in the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Form into approx. 12 cookies and bake for 20-24 minutes, or until golden.
Allow to cool before serving.
