Ingredients
3 eggs
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup yoghurt
50ml oil
2 cups flour of choice
1 scoop True WPI90 French Vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 apples diced
1/2 cup walnuts
Method

Preheat oven to 180°C

In a bowl whisk the eggs with maple syrup. Add the yoghurt and oil and stir in gently to combine.

Add the flour and protein powder, cinnamon, baking powder and salt and fold in until JUST combined.

Add the apple and walnut and fold in. (You can place the remaining half apple on top to decorate as well. Place into a lined loaf tin and bake for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
