2 cups water (500ml)

1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 orange

2 tsp fresh ginger

2 scoops (10g) True Super C

1 scoop (20g) True Collagen Tropical

15g honey

pinch of cayenne pepper




  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Divide into 2 servings and enjoy!
