Ingredients:
400ml lite coconut milk
200ml almond milk
⅓ cup granulated sweetener
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp lime zest
Method
1. Place the coconut milk, almond milk, collagen, granulated sweetener, lime juice and lime zest into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
2. Turn the Cuisinart® ice cream maker on and pour the mixture into the frozen freezer bowl. Mix for 30 minutes or until the sorbet thickens.
3. The sorbet will be a soft and creamy texture, if you prefer a firmer consistency, transfer into an airtight container and freeze for 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
