Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup cashews
1/3 cup sesame seeds
3 scoops (90g) True Protein WPI90 in Salted Caramel
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup tahini
2 eggs
Pinch salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup sultanas
Extra coconut, to decorate
Method:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan forced.

Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine.

Add in the wet ingredients and mix.

Fold through the sultanas.

Press into a lined baking tin and sprinkle with extra coconut.

Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the edges start to become golden.

Allow to cool before enjoying.
