Prep + cooking time: 10 minutes
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup water
1 tsp maple syrup + extra to serve
1/2 Tbsp smooth natural peanut butter + 1/2 Tbsp to serve
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 scoop True Plant Protein in French Vanilla
1/2 cup frozen cherries
Add the rolled oats, water and almond milk to a small saucepan over medium heat.
Stir continuously for about 5 minutes, or until the oats thicken and become creamy.
Stir in the maple syrup, peanut butter and cinnamon and allow to cook for another minute or so.
Stir through the protein powder, adding a splash of extra almond milk if required. Take off the heat.
Meanwhile, microwave the cherries for about a minute, or until they are warm and juicy.
Serve the oats with the cherries, peanut butter and a drizzle of maple syrup.
