Baked Peanut Butter and Chocolate Slice

Ingredients

2 eggs

1/3 cup coconut sugar

1/2 cup melted butter

3/4 cup smooth peanut butter

1/4 cup almond milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup self-raising flour

1/2 cup rolled oats

¼ tsp salt

3 tbsp True Collagen Natural flavour

4 tbsp dark chocolate, melted

¼ cup roasted peanuts, chopped

 

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut sugar, butter, peanut butter, milk and vanilla extract until smooth.

  3. Add the oats, self-raising flour, salt and collagen, using a spatula to fold the mixture until combined.

  4. Place the batter into a lined baking tray and bake in the oven for 20-23 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Place on a rack to cool.

  5. Once cooled, drizzle over the melted chocolate and top with the chopped peanuts.
