Ingredients
770g tinned apple slices
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 cup True Protein WPI90 in Apple Crumble
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2tsp baking powder
2tsp cinnamon
150g butter
Shredded coconut (optional)
Method
1. Grease the baking dish and add the apples
2. In a bowl add the rolled oats, flour, protein powder, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and combine.
3. Cut the butter into cubes and add to the dry ingredients. Use your hands to mix so it forms a crumble. Add on top of the apples along with some shredded coconut. Bake at 180°c for 30 minutes.
4. Serve with yoghurt or ice cream and enjoy!
